Encorp Pacific’s Beverage Container Stewardship Plan, pursuant to the requirements of the BC Recycling Regulation (“Regulation”) under the Environmental Management Act, was approved by the Ministry of Environment and Climate Change Strategy on September 1, 2021 and the amendment to Section 9, Producers Paying the Cost of Managing Obligated Materials and Dispute Resolution was approved on July 18, 2023.

Encorp Pacific (Canada) is not proposing any further changes to the approved Plan.
This means the recovery rate performance targets specified in the approved Plan will align with the first full calendar year after September 1, 2021, (i.e., 2022) and will continue until a new plan and/or targets have been approved. If upon review, at the end of the five-year timeframe, new targets, any amendments or a new plan is considered, public consultation will be completed by July 2027.
