President and CEO appointed

On behalf of the Board of Directors, I am pleased to announce the appointment of Allen Langdon as President and Chief Executive Officer of Encorp Pacific (Canada).

Allen comes to Encorp with extensive leadership experience in the field of Extended Producer Responsibility, most recently as Managing Director of Recycle BC. He is the current Chair of Stewardship Associations of British Columbia (SABC) and is a former member of the Encorp Pacific Board. Allen combines a deep knowledge of stewardship operations with extensive brand owner and stakeholder relations experience, both within BC and across Canada.

Prior to joining Recycle BC, Allen held senior management positions in the consumer products distribution industry, including assignments as Vice President, Sustainability for the Retail Council of Canada and Vice President, Environment for the Canadian Council of Grocery Distributors.

A resident of North Vancouver, Allen will assume his position on July 9. Please join me in welcoming Allen to the Encorp Pacific family.
