Pallet Wrapping Procedures

The following 3 videos show how to correctly shrink wrap an Electronics pallet to prepare it for shipping.

Begin by tying the wrap to a corner of the base of the pallet. Then tightly wrap the items on the pallet, building and wrapping the pallet one level at a time.

Note how much shrink wrap is being used and how tightly it is being applied. Having someone assist to hold the items is useful to avoid accidents, but one person can still wrap using extra caution to avoid knocking an item off the pallet. Occasionally twisting the shrink wrap adds extra strength and tightness.

While not shown on these videos, remember to cris-cross the top of the pallet with shrink wrap.
