Steward Remittance

To all stewards, please remember that fee remittance must be done on a monthly basis including a nil balance. If you have any questions or concerns or are unsure of the EPRA British Columbia remittance policy, please visit our website or contact the Customer Service Representative at rep@eprassociation.ca

Remittance Changes Coming

Beginning January 1, 2013, Stewards will now have the option to remit on an annual or quarterly basis depending on the level of their yearly remittance. Please note that Stewards MUST APPLY in order to remit annually or quarterly, this will not be automatic.  Please email us to apply.
The following reporting and remitting schedule will be in place January 1, 2013:
 
EHF Collected Annually Frequency
< $2000 Annually
$2000-$6000 Quarterly
> $6000 Monthly

Reporting System

All Remitters are required to submit reports to EPRA BC indicating the number and type of designated products sold in that period, and remit payment on net quantity sold. If no sales were conducted during the period, a NIL return must also be filed on time.
